Boru Noodle Bar is a ramen inspired eatery. Our noodle bowls are made with savory broths, fresh vegetables and a variety of proteins. We use a wheat-based egg noodle (rice noodles are available upon request.) There are several appetizer options in addition to our noodle bowls. Ask about our daily specials.
